The Customer Experience
Barry Thomsen, marketing speaker talked about the
"Customer Experience" and why it is important to all company owners and managers
to create loyalty and help grow the business.
He gave examples of
experiences he has had which wasn't good. Excuses were made and he wasn't made
to feel comfortable.
It is important to rethink
the question: "Why should anyone buy from you?"
He listed 4 key points to
enhance the"Customer Experience":

Watch who is meeting your customers (their first contact) .

Cross train employees, Have a back up person there.

Treat every customer differently (not like a number)
-
Please and thank You are still the magic words.
People expect
more.
People don't want their
money back -- They want a quality product or service
